Q: What is the recommended duration of massage?
A:
A typical massage session should be around 20 minutes. After which the
body can relax and stretch abit, and the machine can cool down. It is
typical to have 1-3 sessions, with intermittent rests.
Make sure the machine is not too hot, or it will feel uncomfortable.
Q: Must I use a power socket adaptor?
A:
The machine comes with a 2-flat pin plug which needs a UK 3 Pin plug
adaptor to function in Singapore. It is important to select a good 3 Pin
Plug adaptor so that there are no risks of electrical shock.
Alternatively, we provide a value-added service by cutting off the plug
and change to a fused UK 3 Pin Plug for more convenience, at a small
nominal charge.
Q: What are the side effects?
A:
There are no reported adverse side effects, although some have
reported feeling hot due to the infra-red heating function of the
product.
